Who We Are
Living Roots Wellness and Growth exists to create space for grounded, meaningful change.
At its core, Living Roots is built on a simple belief: growth happens best when people feel rooted — rooted in their values, rooted in supportive relationships, and rooted in honest self-understanding.
This is not a space for quick fixes or surface-level insight. It is a space for thoughtful reflection, steady support, and intentional forward movement.
Living Roots is for those who sense that something deeper is possible — in themselves, in their relationships, and in the way they move through the world.
Living Roots is for those who just need a little help getting grounded.
What Guides the Work
The work here is:
True Self-centered — clarifying what truly matters and aligning decisions with it
Relational — understanding the patterns that shape connection and conflict
Intentional — moving forward with awareness rather than reaction
There is room here for honesty, complexity, and growth. Conversations are steady, direct, and grounded in respect.
Living Roots is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more aligned, more rooted, and more intentionally your true self in how you live and relate.
Living Roots offers coaching and growth-oriented support rather than clinical therapy. This work is centered on helping people slow down, reflect honestly, and reconnect with who they truly are. Together, we focus on clarifying values, strengthening self-understanding, and learning how to live more fully and intentionally from that place. The emphasis is not on diagnosis or medical treatment, but on insight, accountability, and steady, meaningful growth.

Beyond professional experience, Tony and his family have served as foster and adoptive parents, offering stability and long-term commitment to children from traumatic backgrounds.
